Forget about the Ultra variant for now, as Samsung seems to be shifting its focus towards the sleek and stylish Galaxy Z Fold 6 Slim. The rumors about a new foldable model aside Fold 6 has been making waves on the web for a long, and the recent leak adds more to that.
According to a reliable tipster @UniverseIce, the device codenamed Q6A is believed to be the Galaxy Z Fold 6 Slim. The Korean tech giant is aiming to unveil it in September or October, potentially sidelining the release of the Fold Ultra variant for the time being.
Hence, this shift clearly suggests that the Fold Ultra might not be hitting the shelves anytime soon. What’s even more fascinating is that the Galaxy Z Fold 6 Slim could also make its debut in China under the moniker Samsung W25.
The tipster also suggests that, Galaxy Z Fold 6 Slim carries model number SM-F958N. While the Samsung W25 will arrive as SM-W9025. Some previous leaks also suggested that Samsung is developing not the Fold Slim, but a Slim Flip variant as well.
