Galaxy S20 series will be set to 60Hz refresh rate by default instead of 120Hz, S20 Ultra will come with a stainless steel frame
A new leak suggests Samsung’s Galaxy S20 series will be set to a 60Hz refresh rate by default instead of 120Hz. We have heard the similar rumored that the Galaxy S20 series might not support 120Hz at the Quad HD+ resolution.
According to Max Weinbach, the Galaxy S20 will be set to a 60Hz refresh rate instead of 120Hz.

If you want to try the smoother animations and scrolling, you can go into the device Settings and manually change the refresh rate of the display to 120Hz.
Since most people don’t care about the higher refresh rate, Samsung may be looking to optimize the battery life of the device. The battery life is the main reason why the Galaxy S20 phones default to Full HD+ resolution instead of Quad HD+.
