One after another! The Galaxy S20 Ultra has a new problem, it’s not a software issue but a serious hardware issue. Some Galaxy S20 Ultra users are suffering from broken camera glass.
According to Samsung’s forums reports, some users are facing randomly broken camera glass without dropping their devices, and even after using a protective case to keep their devices safe. While some of them also reporting a very thin crack making its way across the S20 Ultra’s camera glass.

One report is very serious, it actually broke the rear camera glass and left a large hole in the center of the camera setup (image below). The owner of the S20 Ultra said they have no idea how it happened.
This issue is not common and the company is not covering it under warranty. You should not expect any response from Samsung, at least for now. At this moment, the S20 Ultra users have to pay from their pockets to fix the broken camera glass.
