Rumor: Galaxy S21 Ultra could come with a 150MP main camera, 64MP telephoto, 16MP ultra wide, and 12MP macro sensor

In February this year, Samsung launched the Galaxy S20 Ultra with the most impressive camera setup. It comes with the 108MP main sensor, the 48MP telephoto sensor with 10X zoom. We could see a game-changing camera upgrade with the Galaxy S21 Ultra.

If a new rumor is to be believed, the successor of the Galaxy S20 Ultra might come equipped with a 150MP main camera. It is also tipped to feature a 64MP telephoto lens with OIS and a 12MP macro camera and a 3D ToF camera.

The company has already confirmed that it is working on higher resolution camera sensors. According to tipster Ice Universe, Samsung is expected to announce its first 150MP ISOCELL camera sensor sometime in the second half of 2020.

Based on the previous reports, the company is testing two versions of the Galaxy S21 Ultra currently. The company might drop the ToF sensor as early as this year for the Galaxy Note 20, but it’s included in the Galaxy S21 in this report.

However, this could also be pure speculation at this point in time, but it could change as the development process advances. We can say only until the H2 2020.
