Samsung is set to release the Galaxy Z Fold 6 and Galaxy Z Flip 6 on July 10. However, a recent input now suggests that these new foldable devices may come with a significant price boost as compared to their predecessors in Korea.
As per the details, Samsung might increase the Galaxy Z Fold 6 and Galaxy Z Flip 6 cost by up to 100,000 won as compared to their predecessors the Galaxy Z Fold 5 and Galaxy Z Flip 5 in South Korea.
So, the Galaxy Z Fold 6 is expected to start at 2,229,700 won for the 256GB storage model. While the same 256GB variant of Galaxy Z Flip 6 might cost 1,485,000 won in Samsung’s home ground.

The price increase of 100,000 won, makes the Galaxy Z Fold 6 and Galaxy Z Flip 6 more expensive than their predecessors in Korea. While Samsung has not officially confirmed the prices, the rumored hike might be subject to change.
Both phones including Galaxy Z Fold 6 and Galaxy Z Flip 6 are expected to be powered by the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 processor for seamless performance. Also, the phones will run Android 14-based One UI 6.1.1 software alongside Galaxy AI capabilities.
