It is quite surprising that the green line issue has emerged on the Galaxy S24 Ultra display which has just recently entered into the market and was gaining huge love from consumers. But if you reside outside the US and purchased Galaxy S24 Ultra, then you can take a sigh of relief as the green line issue is mainly affecting users in some carriers.
According to the information, US carrier variants of Galaxy S24 Ultra seem to be the primary victim of the Green line issue on display. As more users found the annoying green and white lines on the display of their newly owned Galaxy S24 Ultra carrier-locked models in the US.
However, the Samsung support team recommends that affected users approach T-Mobile, citing their responsibility. Consequently, Samsung said that since the phone is financed through T-Mobile, it is the responsibility of the carrier. However, if this issue is covered by the manufacturer’s limited warranty, it is Samsung’s responsibility.
