Honor V40 full specs leaked ahead of launch, only price remains the mystery
Honor has recently announced its first smartphone after its separation from Huawei that is Honor V40. As per the report this new smartphone will be officially launched on January 12. Ahead of the launch, only the price remains the mystery and the other important aspects of the device are already leaked. Below you can check all the leaked information about the smartphone.
Now coming to the configuration of the smartphone, as the leaked information suggests, the Honor V40 sports a 6.72-inch OLED display with a Full HD+ resolution of 1236 x 2676 pixels. As shown in the previously leaked image, the display looks immersive with 80-degree curvature and a punch-hole design.
At the rear, Honor V40 is equipped with a quad-camera setup that comes with a 50MP lens with a Sony IMX766 sensor. The other three cameras comprise of an 8MP ultra-wide lens, a 2MP depth sensor, and a 2MP camera for macro shots.

The smartphone is powered by the latest MediaTek processor which is Dimensity 1000+ with the 8GB of LPDDR4X RAM and there will be 128/256GB of memory options for storing your data. It will pack a 4000mAh battery along with 66W wired fast charging and up to 45W fast wireless charging.
For security purposes, there is a fingerprint scanner under the display and it also supports a 2D face unlocking feature. In terms of software, the smartphone comes pre-installed with Magic UI 4.0 based Android 10 operating system.
Packed with all of these new hardwares, the device weighs just 184 grams and the dimension of the phone are 163.32 x 74.08 x 7.85mm. The price for the smartphones still remains a mystery and we will know more about it later or at the time of the launch.
