Huawei Nova 8i officially exposed ahead of July 7 launch, key specs revealed
Huawei is set to launch the Nova 8i smartphone in Malaysia on July 07 and the smartphone is already listed on Huawei’s Malaysia Website that reveals its design and key features. It is said that Huawei will use Snapdragon chips besides its own HiSilicon Kirin.

Detailed specifications
Looking at the design of the smartphone, on the rear, it has a quad-camera setup in the circular module on the middle along with an LED flash on the top left. The back looks amazing, inheriting all the premium aesthetics and dynamic colours of the nova series. Huawei Nova 8i brings you an outstanding visual experience and superior grip feel.

On the front, it has a dual selfie camera inside the pill-shaped setup. The display accounts for a 6.67-inch FHD+ resolution with high color gamut. Further, it will come with a 66W HUAWEI SuperCharge that can charge its 4300mAh battery up to 60% in just 17 minutes.
Coming to the camera configurations, it has a 64MP main camera with f/1.9 aperture and 1/7-inch large sensor size. Furthermore, there is an 8MP camera for ultra-wide capture, a 2MP for depth sensor, and a 2MP macro mode.
It is powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 662 and paired with 8GB RAM along with 128GB of storage. It will come pre-packed with the EMUI 10 based Android 10 operating system and will soon get the new HarmonyOS 2.0. The other features include a side-mounted fingerprint scanner, dual 4G VoLTE, WiFi 802.11ac, Bluetooth 5.0, and USB-C port.
The handset will arrive in three different colors as Interstellar Blue, Moonlight Silver, and Starry Black. And the pricing details are not known as of now and we’ll get more about it once the smartphone goes official on July 07. Till then stay tuned.
