Since there’s no official information available on the tri-folding Galaxy device, we are sure that it will be equipped with Samsung Display. As it’s going to have a tri-fold form factor, the company may bring two hinges in the device so it can fold twice and take the shape of a tablet while fully unfolded.
Earlier, it was reported that the Galaxy Z Fold5 and Galaxy Z Flip5 devices would feature a new kind of droplet (waterdrop) hinge. This new technology is under testing internally, which could make it possible to lessen crease wrinkles as well as reduce thickness.
More than once, Samsung Display showcased its futuristic tri-folding OLED screen. At the time of getting commercialized under the Galaxy brand, Samsung Display’s tri-fold OLED products may be refined and polished to deliver experiences like never before.
There is no Galaxy S23 FE in the development chain unlike what the recent rumours have been pointing..
Samsung is instead working on the improved Z Fold 5 & Flip 5 along with a Tri-Fold that might finally ship this year
FE fans should look elsewhere…
