Deep Fusion technology continues with the latest model iPhone SE 3. This interesting technology came into existence with iPhone 11. Over time, it came along with iPhone 12 as well as iPhone 13. Consequently, it’s the turn of the third-generation handsets to give a dynamic experience to its users with this “computational photography mad science”.
Before bumping into when and how let us understand what is Deep Fusion.
What is Deep Fusion Technology
The fascinating tech is an image processing platform that enhances the image in supreme quality. It highlights the images with perfect texture, minute details, and fine light arrangements. Moreover, it reduces the noise of the picture in dim lights. However, these all work processes in the background without making the user aware of it.
In contrast to iPhone’s Night Mode, or any other lens feature, Deep Fusion does not indicate any signal of being enabled. Although, the tech does not work with an ultrawide lens, using “Photo capture outside the Frame” or while burst shoots.
In the work sector, it shoots 9-10 images at a time, without your knowledge. Four primary pics before you press the camera tab, four secondaries when you click the pic, and one large image. Thereafter, the Neural system examines and creates a fusion of all these images, by selecting the best one. From detailing to polishing, and enhancing every inch of the image, the technology gives you a perfect shot.
How to use this technology?
Here are the steps to switch on the Deep Fusion technology in iPhone SE 3 device:
- Go to the Settings menu
- Select the Camera section
- Turn off the “Photos Capture Outside the Frame, if enabled
- Ensure to use a telephoto lens and not an ultrawide
- Deep Fusion will automatically start working now
NOTE: The technology is only accessible for iPhone SE 3, iPhone 11, iPhone 12 and iPhone 13 devices.
