Last month, LG officially announced that it will leave the smartphone market to focus on innovations in other technological fields such as home appliances and robots, but it still exists in games and will continue to supply components to other smartphone manufacturers.
It is worth mentioning that LG Energy Solutions has provided batteries for Samsung’s Galaxy A and M series devices a few years ago. Later, it also produced batteries for the Galaxy S10 and components for the Galaxy Note 10 series flagship products.
In order to reduce the cost of the equipment, Samsung may decide to use LG Energy Solution batteries. In addition, according to reports, the company plans to use ATL batteries for the Galaxy Z Fold 3 and Galaxy Z Flip 2/3, which will be launched together with the Galaxy S21 FE.
