MIUI 13 update releasing for Xiaomi 11 Pro/Ultra, Redmi K40 Pro/Pro+ and MIX 4

Xiaomi has already started the MIUI 13 rollout for Xiaomi 11 and Redmi K40 devices. Initially, the MIUI 13 update has been pushed a few Chinese variants as the company ensures stability before rolling out it widely.

Now, the company has begun expanding this update for more devices as Redmi K40 Pro, Redmi K40 Pro+, Mi 11 Pro, Mi 11 Ultra, and Mi MIX 4 have started getting Stable MIUI 13 internal beta update in China.

All these devices receive the major MIUI 13 update based on Android 12. MIUI 13 brings new features for privacy, new widgets to customize several apps, Wallpapers, new sidebar functions to open applications in the form of small windows, and more.

Users of these devices can identify this update from the build version mentioned below.

UPDATED SOFTWARE VERSION

• Mi MIX 4 – V13.0.2.0.SKMCNXM
• Redmi K40 Pro/Pro+ – V13.0.5.0.SKKCNXM
• Mi 11 Pro/Ultra – V13.0.5.0.SKACNXM

However, MIUI 13 stable version is expected to be released around the end of January 2022. The first batch includes Xiaomi 11 Ultra, Xiaomi 11 Pro, Xiaomi 11, Xiaomi Tablet 5 Pro 5G, Xiaomi Tablet 5 Pro, and Xiaomi Tablet 5. Xiaomi doesn’t mention Redmi K40 series in the first batch rollout so we can expect the official version to arrive at a later date.
