We have been witnessing leaks and rumors about the Ultra and an affordable foldable phone for a long. But now Samsung appears to be shifting gears with its upcoming release. Recent input suggests that Samsung is deviating its focus from Ultra and FE models to Galaxy Z Fold 6 Slim.
As per the information, a new device called Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 6 Slim is currently in talks. The foldable is expected to feature a larger display as compared to the original Galaxy Z Fold 6. Simultaneously, there will be no S Pen input and it likely cost similar to Galaxy Z Fold 6.
The source didn’t provide much details about the upcoming foldable. But a reliable tipster @UniverseIce gathered attention and stated that this device seems to be the so-called “Ultra” version. In addition, the internal testers have not seen its details because it was developed late, but it must exist.

However, the move to a slimmer form factor could deliberately enhance portability and user convenience, making the device more precise. Consequently, the Slim foldable is expected to be unveiled in Q4 2024, while, Samsung will launch Galaxy Z Fold 6 and Galaxy Z Flip 6 in July this year.
