New leaks of the iPhone 14 models make us introduce the key specs of the device. These details relate to the display screen, RAM, and more. Thereafter, we will define a short comparison between the new explorer models and prior versions of the devices.
Thanks to the leaker Shadow_Leak, who bring us the new key details and specs of the iPhone 14 models including all the 4 lineups. In our previous article, we brought the CAD renders of the iPhone 14 Pro device with an impressive hole-punch design as well as other features. Now let’s have a look at these essential factors.
Display Screen
As per the tipster, the iPhone 14 will appear as the initial model with a 6.06-inch screen (approx 6.1) whereas the second model will be iPhone 14 Max which will have a 6.68-inch (approx 6.7) display screen. These displays will be based on flexible OLED (Organic Light Emitting Diode)
On the other hand, the Pro models will contain the same stuff with a slight difference. iPhone 14 Pro and iPhone 14 Pro Max will have a 6.1 and 6.7-inch display respectively with an LTPO (Low-Temperature Polycrystalline Oxide) screen. Further, the refresh rate for the Pro devices will maintain 120Hz, while it will remain at 60Hz for the normal 14 version.
RAM
The RAM for iPhone 14 devices has approached from 4GB to 6GB this time. However, the chipset for Pro models will upgrade to A16. Whereas iPhone 14 and 14 Max will continue with A15. Moreover, the Pro devices will attain the fresh LPDDR5 technology as well. Earlier, it was in the assumption that the variation in the chips for devices is due to the lack of the particular program. However, Ming-Chi Kuo suggests that it’s nothing, mere a marketing strategy.

Comparatively…
As mentioned before, here we will discuss the short comparison between the new models and the previous ones. According to the latest information, the camera setups and holes of the Pro version are 20 percent larger than the currently running iPhone 13 device. The reason could be the main sensor of the Pro models that are of 48MP.
Another difference is that the new Pro versions are 0.9mm thicker than the iPhone 13. The iPhone 13 has a width of 11.3 millimeters, while the Pro versions will arrive with a thickness of 12.2 millimeters.
