New Redmi devices to adopt curved screen with extremely narrow bezels

Xiaomi is expected to offer a variety of devices for its customers, including Redmi phones, POCO devices, the flagship 14 series, and some big-screen models in the coming months. Meanwhile, new information has emerged on the web, which indicates that the next Redmi devices will adopt curved screen technology with extremely narrow bezels.

This is going to be a big opportunity to use curved screens on Redmi devices because the brand has always insisted on using straight screens on its mobile phones. And there are no curved screen models found under the Redmi brand so far.

The popular Redmi K60 Pro, Redmi K60, Redmi Note 12T Pro, Redmi Note 12 Turbo, Redmi Note 11T Pro, and other models sold by Redmi all use straight screens. Thus, with the upcoming Redmi smartphone, the firm wants to change its approach, offering users a more immersive and visually stunning experience.

Redmi devices curved screen

The incorporation of a curved screen design allows for a sleek and modern aesthetic while also maximizing the screen-to-body ratio. But at the same time, the curved screen is not very convenient to use tempered film, and there is a risk of accidental touch, and that’s why the consumers of Redmi devices are opposing this implementation.

However, the company has not yet clarified this officially, thus, there may be some chances that the upcoming devices, Redmi Note 13 series and Redmi K70 series will use the same straight screen.
