This year is packed with new smartphones and OnePlus 12 has already started emerging in the flagship list. As per the inputs, the tech maker is likely to debut another blockbuster handset in the second half of this year.
According to a well-known Weibo tipster @DigitalChatStation, the Nord developer is cooking some more gadgets in its industry. Probably, one of them is the giant flagship model and successor in the number series – the OnePlus 12 that we could see in the latter part of this year.
Expanding on the details, the tipster mentioned two chipsets in the posts – Dimensity 8200 and the latest release Snapdragon 7+ Gen 2. Out of these two, we could expect the Snapdragon 7+ Gen 2 processor for the OnePlus 12 smartphone.
Snapdragon 7+ Gen 2 is the most powerful chip in Snapdragon 7 series. It is the upper mid-range chipset and promises power and performance efficiency improvements. Further, it delivers a 50% hype in functioning compared to the previous generation chip.
Consequently, this indicates that OnePlus will bring ultimate changes to the upcoming top-end model over its predecessor. While the rumor sounds quite interesting to ears, we still have to wait for the company to make an official statement on this matter.
The first half of the year has already shown iconic inventions such as the OnePlus 11, OnePlus 11R, and Nord CE 3 Lite. That’s not it, the company has also unveiled a handful of earbuds. On the side hand, the manufacturer is readying a few more Nord products that are expected to make their way in July 2023.
