OnePlus 12 to use BOE’s X1 display | Could come with 50W wireless charging
As confirmed in the press conference, the OnePlus 12 and Ace 3 will use the newly announced BOE’s ‘X1 display’. The OnePlus 12 will have a 2K resolution (1,440x3168p) display, powered by OPPO’s P1 chip, with better color accuracy, and better PWM dimming. The OnePlus Ace 3 will also use the same X1 display with a 1.5K resolution display (1,240×2,772p).
OnePlus also confirmed that the display can reach a maximum brightness of 2,600 nits. It uses 13% less energy when compared to previously used screens by OnePlus. This is the first Chinese display to get a DisplayMate A+ certification rating, according to a post on Weibo.
