Recently some users have started reporting that the PlayStore is not downloading and updating apps while using cellular data. Going by the reports, a user stated that the PlayStore app is working correctly when connected to WiFi.
It could be a network issue but other applications are working well on cellular data. Even Internet browsing does not interrupt. Users have tried everything they could – Reboot phone, Reset network settings, Clear apps caches, and clear system cache but the problem remains unfixed.
Besides, some OnePlus 8 and 8 Pro users are also facing more issues after the recent update. For now, OnePlus or any staff member has not stated on the entire matter. Hope the company will soon acknowledge the issues and provide a stable OTA for these devices.
Note: These issues are reported on official OnePlus Forums. This report is based on the respective sources and informed by the users. In addition, the issue may be limited to some users, may not be applicable to all.
