Google recently launched a new smartphone, Pixel 4, with a 90Hz display, but the device reduces the 90Hz refresh rate to 60Hz automatically when the brightness of the display drops below 75%.

This above case encourages OnePlus to pull Google’s leg. OnePlus tweeted (below) a message “fast and smooth anytime, anywhere.” with different brightness levels and on all the various levels the device remained on the 90Hz refresh rate.
