MediaTek has recently launched the TSMC’s latest 6nm process based chipsets – Dimensity 1100 and Dimensity 1200. These chips are the first to use the Cortex-A78 and are above the previous Dimensity 1000+ processor.
Following its announcement, Realme proclaimed that its upcoming flagship smartphone will be equipped with MediaTek Dimensity 1200 SoC. However, the company has not disclosed which series this phone will belong to.
According to a Weibo tipster, the upcoming device from Realme will be a gaming phone which equips super-fast charging and the battery capacity is much larger than the 4500mAh of Black Shark 4.
As per the previous reports, Realme will launch Realme X9 Pro that sports a 6.4-inch OLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate. However, the company has not officially stated anything about the specifications of its future smartphones.

MediaTek Dimensity 1200 uses the eight-core in the ratio of 1+3+4 along with the Cortex-A78 which clocks at 3GHz while there are three more A78 cores at 2.6GHz and the quartet of A55 cores running at 2.0GHz.
