Redmi Pad 2 bags various certifications, launch expected soon

Redmi Pad 2, the highly anticipated tablet from Xiaomi, is rumored to be launched soon in China. The device is going to be a successor of the Redmi Pad which is gaining popularity in the market. However, tech enthusiasts are now eagerly waiting to get their hands on the latest offering from Xiaomi.

The device has passed various certifications including Geekbench, FCC, 3C, and more. Therefore this gives us a hint that the upcoming device is going to make its debut in China and the Global market with prograde software and hardware capabilities soon.

While there hasn’t been an official announcement from Xiaomi yet, industry insiders and leaks suggest that the Redmi Pad 2 will come with several exciting features and improvements. One of the key upgrades is expected to be a larger more vibrant display and the charging capacity.

As per the rumors, the Redmi Pad 2 is expected to come with a 10.95-inch 2K IPS LCD display with support of a smooth 90Hz refresh rate. Under the hood, it is said to house a Snapdragon 680 chipset. To support extended usage, the tablet is rumored to feature an 8,000mAh battery.

Talking about the camera the Redmi Pad 2 might include a single rear camera, possibly an 8MP lens, for capturing everyday moments. For selfies and video calls, a 5MP front-facing camera is expected to be included.
