Samsung has recently launched the Galaxy A32 as its cheapest 5G smartphone till now. Moreover, the company also introduced the Galaxy M12 and the Galaxy M02s in the budget segment. Following this episode, Samsung is going to announce the Galaxy A12 as a new member of the Galaxy A lineup.
According to the latest information, the upcoming Galaxy A12 will be powered by MediaTek’s Helio P35 chipset instead of Snapdragon 450. On the other hand, it may be different from other similar products as it sports an IPS panel instead of Samsung AMOLED. Reports also suggest that this device will be the cheapest phone of the Galaxy A lineup.
Furthermore, a recent leak reveals that the Galaxy A12 sports a 6.5-inch display with V-notch and HD+ display resolution. On the back, the panel has not been upgraded while the design has many changes compared to its predecessor.

This device packed with a massive 5000mAh battery for all-day backup with 15-watt fast charging. It is expected to come with different RAM and internal memory options including 4GB/64GB and 4GB/128GB.
In the camera department, the Galaxy A12 has a quad-rear camera setup including a 48MP primary camera, 2MP ultra-wide lens, a 2MP macro shooter, and a 2MP depth sensor. On the front, it has an 8MP camera for selfies. It equips a quite impressive 48MP primary camera compared to the Galaxy A11’s 12MP main lens.
Samsung may ship the Galaxy A12 in three different colors including Blue, White, and Black, at a starting price of INR 12,999. Although, the information is not officially confirmed and there is more to come on this as soon as the device goes official.
