Samsung Galaxy A15 with Android 14 spotted on Geekbench
Samsung is gearing up to add a new member to its A portfolio, in the form of Galaxy A15, however, the device has recently been spotted on the Geekbench platform. It’s going to be a successor of Galaxy A14 5G and come with lots of upgraded software and hardware capabilities.
According to the details, the Samsung Galaxy A15 comes in a 4G/LTE version and has appeared on the Geekbench listing with model number SM-A155F. This model number suggests that the phone will lack 5G connectivity, offer 4GB RAM, and will run Android 14-based One UI 6 out of the box.
It also appears to feature an octa-core processor with two CPU cores clocked at 2.2GHz and six CPU cores clocked at 2GHz. This is likely the MediaTek Helio G99 processor, which is also used in some other Samsung devices.
Moving on, the smartphone has scored 743 points in the Geekbench 6 single-core performance test and 2,005 points in the multi-core performance test. Other than this, the listing didn’t show any other details about the upcoming affordable phone.
