After the launch of the flagship Galaxy S24 series and before the arrival of sixth-generation foldable models, Samsung will unveil various devices in between. One among them is the Samsung Galaxy A55 and this upcoming affordable model has recently been spotted on FCC certification.
Going toward the details, the Samsung Galaxy A55 smartphone has visited the FCC (Federal Communications Commission) certification site with model number SM-A556E/DS. This listing confirms a dual SIM card tray and an adapter with the model number EP-TA800 which supports 25W charging.
The FCC database further shows support of NFC and Wi-Fi 6 for the Galaxy A55 model. Other than there are no additional details found, but the leaks have already provided us a glimpse at what we can expect from this upcoming affordable model.

Simultaneously, the device is tipped to debut alongside the Galaxy A35 5G smartphone in the second half of 2024 and it will likely launch in Awesome Ice Blue, Awesome Lilac, and Awesome Navy color options.
