Samsung will launch the Galaxy M52 5G smartphone in the Indian market on September 28 through Amazon.in. However, the company has another handset that will be available exclusively on Flipkart, another e-commerce platform in India.

As teased by Flipkart, the South Korean tech giant will unveil a new smartphone in India on September 29. Notably, the release date of the new Samsung smartphone comes just ahead of the e-commerce company’s much-awaited ‘Big Billion Days Sale’.

To be mentioned, a few days back, the support page of the Galaxy F42 5G went live on the official website of Samsung India. Hence, speculations point towards the arrival of a new Galaxy F smartphone, which could be a rebranded version of the Galaxy Wide 5 that was recently launched in South Korea.

The Galaxy F42 5G is expected to sport a 6.6-inch FHD+ AMOLED display with narrow bezels and an Infinity-V notch. Under the hood, it will be powered by a MediaTek Dimensity 700 chipset paired with 6GB of RAM and 128GB of storage.

The Galaxy F42 5G runs Android 11-based One UI 3.1 out of the box, while it will also get an upgrade to Android 13. On the right side, it will house a volume rocker and a side button (AKA power button) along with a fingerprint scanner.

When talking about its camera, the device will pack a 64MP primary camera, a 5MP ultra-wide-angle camera, and a 2MP depth lens. On the front, it will have an 8MP camera for selfies. Additionally, the Galaxy F42 5G should come with a 5000mAh battery with 15W fast charging support.
