Samsung Galaxy Note 20 to come with Ultra-Wide Band technology
Samsung will reportedly ship the Galaxy Note 20 series with an Ultra-Wide Band technology. It will make possible higher peer-to-peer data transfer speeds, and even allow users to track objects in their immediate vicinity.
According to a tweet from Twitter user @SaudiAndroid (via XDA), Samsung will be launching a technology called UWB, which will allow users to transfer files at a very high speed. The XDA team has also noted that this corroborates testing of Ultra-Wide Band technology by Samsung. They have found several certification reports indicating usage at 8250MHz.

The Ultra-Wide Band chip on the Galaxy Note 20 series is likely to be used for faster device-to-device connections and quicker file transfers. This feature would be very similar to what Apple promises with Ultra-Wide Band on the iPhone 11.

At this moment, we can’t confirm whether this feature will come with both the Galaxy Note 20 and Note 20 Ultra or, just with the premium Galaxy Note 20 Ultra.
