Samsung Galaxy S20 and Galaxy Fold 2 will be unveiled on February 11
Samsung didn’t officially announce the launch date for the next Galaxy S flagship series, but a leaked promo video confirmed that the Galaxy S20 and Galaxy Fold 2 will be unveiled on February 11, 2020.
According to XDA-Developers’ Max Weinbach, via YouTuber Brandon Lee, the promo video shows the possible Galaxy S20 and clamshell foldable phone.
We have a fair idea about the next Galaxy S series, there will be three devices — a regular Galaxy S20, Galaxy S20+, and Galaxy S20 Ultra. These devices are expected to be powered by the Exynos 990 and Snapdragon 865. All three devices will also likely have centered punch-hole camera setups. The Galaxy S20 series will feature improved camera quality.
As for the Galaxy Fold 2, the clamshell foldable will likely come alongside the new Galaxy flagships.
Samsung hasn’t officially confirmed the time and venue of its upcoming launch event. More than likely, the company will host the Unpacked event in New York City or San Francisco. You can read more about all the leaks and rumors around the devices here.
