New Samsung Galaxy S20 FE variant with Android 11 could launch soon as it bags Wi-Fi Alliance certificate
You’ll be thinking that the Galaxy S20 FE is already there in the market and how come a new one popped up. Well, Samsung might be developing another variant of the Galaxy S20 FE and its existence is found when a new device was spotted on the WiFi alliance.
The device carrying model number SM-G780G has been spotted on the WiFi alliance, running on the latest Android 11 OS. The previously launched Galaxy S20 FE and Galaxy S20 FE 5G have model numbers SM-G780F and SM-781B respectively.
The new variant of the Galaxy S20 FE is an LTE variant that could arrive in the selected markets. The new version is already spotted with Android 11 which means that it is eligible for another three major upgrades up to Android 14.
Meanwhile, the older Galaxy S20 FE variants have already received the Android 11 update via OTA. These phones have also got the latest One UI 3.1 with several key changes over the previous One UI 3.0.

The WiFi alliance listing of the Galaxy S20 FE variant also reveals that the handset will come with the support for dual SIM. Although, there is more information to come regarding these handsets and we’ll keep you updated as soon as we receive something new on this.
