As mentioned, the design looks similar to the Galaxy S22 Ultra, however, a difference can be seen in the midframe, the curvature of the body is more vertical compared to the current model.

On the other side, the display is looking a bit curved. However, it still has punch hole for the selfie camera, which proves the roomers wrong that says that the upcoming S-Ultra will feature an in-display front camera.

The most interesting part is obviously the rear side. The Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra still has a no-module camera design but the main 200MP camera is now big in size, which is obvious as the S22 Ultra features a 108MP main camera.

Other than the primary 200MP HP2 sensor, the device also equips a 12MP ultra-wide-angle camera, a 10MP telephoto camera with 10x optical zoom, and another 10MP telephoto camera with 3x optical zoom.

The sides, top, and bottom of the phone remain completely the same as the predecessor. The right side has a volume controller as well as a power button, the bottom side has a USB Type-C cable, speaker grills, and an S-Pen slot, whereas, the top side has a SIM card injector with no SD-card slot.
