According to the reliable tipster, Ice Universe, Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra will adopt a new 5x zoom camera mode. With this advanced capability, the Galaxy S24 Ultra zoom shots will deliver quality as good as an optical lens. In addition, there will also be an optical magnification effect brought by high pixel cropping.

FYI, Samsung also allowing the Galaxy S23 smartphone users to use a new 2x zoom mode and released the feature via August 2023 update through Camera Assistant app.
