Samsung Galaxy S25 to boast 3nm Exynos 2500 SoC with improved power efficiency

Rumors about the Galaxy S25 series are buzzing on the web, hinting at its upgraded software and hardware capabilities. Meanwhile, a recent report claims that, Samsung is preparing to release the highly anticipated Galaxy S25 packed with the powerful 3nm Exynos 2500 SoC.
According to the information, Exynos 2500 is a mobile Application Processor, which is expected to deliver top-notch performance while being power-efficient. It will be capable of integrating advanced AI capabilities with a 3nm tech and uses Gate-All-Around (GAA) transistors.
Simultaneously, the next-gen in-house Samsung processor is also expected to beat Qulacomms next-gen flagship chip – Snapdragon 8 Gen 4 in terms of power efficiency. Also, Samsung’s 2nd gen 3nm manufacturing process is a significant leap in semiconductor technology.
However, the South Korean tech maker has also joined hands with Synopsys for the booming mass production of system-on-chips (SoC) prototypes based on a 3nm tech.

With the 3nm Exynos 2500 processor, the Standard and Plus models of Galaxy S25 likely strike a balance between power and efficiency, allowing users to enjoy a seamless smartphone experience. Hence, users can expect faster processing speeds, and better performance compared to its predecessors.
Besides the upgraded processor, the Galaxy S25 will likely come with other exciting features such as an advanced camera system, a stunning display, a refreshed design, a bigger battery, and more. While the lineup is expected to be unveiled at the beginning of 2025.
