Samsung is gearing up to launch two highly anticipated foldable smartphones – the Galaxy Z Fold 6 and Galaxy Z Flip 6 in early July 2024. These devices are expected to come with One UI 6.1.1 software that brings a host of new features and improvements to enhance the user experience.
As per the details of IceUniverse, Galaxy Z Fold 6 and Galaxy Z Flip 6 devices are scheduled to be released in early July, and the software department’s manpower is developing One UI 6.1.1. This hints at the arrival of a new iteration of One UI with sixth-generation foldable phones.
Samsung’s One UI and especially the 1.1 version of a custom skin is been praised for its intuitive multitasking and seamless integration with the foldable form factor. However, this software further gets expanded to more Galaxy devices.
Both Galaxy Z Fold 6 and Galaxy Z Flip 6 are expected to come with prominent features and capabilities such as powerful processors, ample storage, and impressive camera capabilities to offer users a more seamless experience as compared to the current fifth-generation foldable.

Besides Fold 6 and Flip 6, Samsung is also working on a new Ultra foldable phone. While the Korean tech maker has not unveiled the exact launch date of the sixth-generation foldable. But some industry insiders claim that Samsung will hold its next Galaxy Unpacked Event on July 10.
