The South Korean tech giant is expected to introduce improved camera features in its upcoming Galaxy S phones next year. However, there are rumors that the Galaxy Z Fold 3 is equipped with an under-screen selfie camera, and fans speculate that the Galaxy S22 will use the same method.

At the same time, it seems that Samsung has no plans to launch its under-panel camera technology in the Galaxy S lineup next year. As per the recent report, the company has decided not to introduce an under-screen camera feature in the Galaxy S22 series but will unveil it alongside the next-generation Note phones in the second half of 2022.

A well-known Samsung tipster revealed that the Galaxy Z Fold 3 equipped with an under-display selfie camera delivers better image quality than the currently available UDC smartphone. On the other hand, the selfie hole on the Z Fold 3 looks like a mosaic pattern, mostly with a white background.

In addition, Samsung could also incorporate some significant camera improvements in the Galaxy S22 series, such as a sensor-shift stabilization system and a continuous zoom periscope camera module.

Moreover, it is expected to come equipped with a bigger rear camera with Olympus brand, ARM GPU-based Exynos 2200, and Snapdragon 895 processor.
