The S-View Flip Cover allows users to use basic functions without opening the cover and viewing the full screen of the phone. The users of Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra are facing screen burn-in on the section of the display used by that transparent cover window. The affected sections can be found in the dark background while the brightness been low.
It is still unclear why these problems occurred, the OLED screens are sensitive to UV damage of direct sunlight also the cover doesn’t protect the full screen of the phone in comparison to the older cases and covers. Some peoples changed to a different case and got the issue resolved.
