Vivo X60 series may arrive in India until March or April this year
Vivo has already launched its flagship series called the Vivo X60 in December last year. At first, the company has unveiled two models that are Vivo X60 and X60 Pro, and later on, Vivo X60 Pro+ was also introduced as the high-end model of the lineup in China.
The two base variants come with Samsung’s Exynos 1080 processor, while the high-end version is equipped with the Snapdragon 888 SoC. All these devices are currently available in the Chinese market and now as per the latest report, the company is also planning to launch them in Indian markets.
According to the information, the Vivo X60 series will make its debut in India around March or April. At the same time the other Chinese tech giant, OnePlus will also uncover its upcoming OnePlus 9 handsets.
Vivo X60 Pro+ specifications
Taking a look at the specs of the high-end variant, the Vivo X60 Pro+ comes with a 6.56-inch display along with a 120Hz refresh rate. It is powered by Qualcomm’s latest Snapdragon 888 processor. The handset is paired with 8GB or 12GB of RAM and 128GB or 256GB of internal memory.
In terms of the camera, there is and a quad rear camera setup with a dual primary lens on the device for the first time which includes a 48MP Sony IMX598 sensor and a 50MP Samsung GN1 sensor. In software terms, comes pre-installed with OriginOS 1.0 based on Google’s latest Android 11 operating system.
In addition, it has an in-display fingerprint scanner, face unlock support, NFC, Bluetooth 5.2, and more. For long battery backup, it has a 4200mAh battery with 55W fast charging. Although, there are still questions on the price of these phones in India and we’ll get more on this in the coming days.
