Xiaomi 13 Ultra has entered the mass production process as the company officially confirms its debut. The upcoming device is going to be the first flagship model of 2023. Additionall, the Leica camera system will raise the bar for the photography experience to a new level.

Yesterday, Xiaomi in collaboration with Leica, ensures that the device will debut for Global as well as China region users in the month of April. However, today a well knows leakster Digital Chat Station, informed us that the Xiaomi 13 Ultra has begun mass production.

Therefore, this starting of the mass production process indicates that the launch date of the flagship is now just around the corner. However, the company has released the global launch date which is April 17, thus the specific release time for China is yet to be announced.

Xiaomi 13 Ultra is equipped with 50MP AI four-cameras at the rear, one is Sony IMX989, and the other three are Sony IMX858, covering all scenes such as wide-angle, ultra-wide-angle, telephoto, and periscope telephoto, and will also be equipped with Leica’s most perfect Summicron lens.

In comparison to the Xiaomi 12S Ultra design, the upcoming device has assumed some adjustments. As the front still adopts a centered punch hole + curved screen design, and the back also retains a huge camera module but cancels out the iconic square raised steps of the previous generation.

In addition to this, the center frame adopts a curved transition design, which looks very special. Additionally, the smartphone is said to have a 6.7-inch E6 AMOLED LTPO display that offers an HD+ resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate.

In terms of core parameters, it will be powered by the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chipset paired with 16GB of LPDDR5x RAM and 1TB of UFS 4.0 storage. The smartphone is expected to feature a 4900mAh battery with support for 90W wired and 50W wireless charging.
