Initially, the ultimate-looking renders of the Redmi 13C smartphone caught our attention, then further the device appeared on the IMEI database and the MIUI codebase. However, based on the model number it can be assumed that the Chinese tech firm could unveil Redmi 13C in December 2023.
According to the information, the device has arrived with three different model numbers including 23124RN87C, 23124RN87G, and, 23124RN87I for China, Global, and India regions. Simultaneously, its codename is ‘air’ and its internal model number is ‘C3V’.
However, the first four digits of the Redmi 13C model number suggest that the smartphone could go official as early as December 2023, and it is expected to be released in China first, followed by other markets. To be mentioned, the predecessor of the device, the Redmi 12C was also unveiled in December last year.
