Xiaomi Mi 11 comes BOINC certified, can be used for scientific research projects

We’re a few hours away from the launch of the world’s first Snapdragon 888 powered smartphone, Mi 11. Recently, Xiaomi has officially announced that Mi 11 has become BOINC, an official Certified mobile computing terminal.

As per the reports, BOINC is one of the world’s largest distributed computing platforms, which can focus on the passive computing power of users around the world to explore new coronavirus research, gravitational waves, and extraterrestrial optimization.

Xiaomi said the collaboration meant that every Xiaomi Mi 11 users can voluntarily use the powerful Snapdragon 888 processor, and together with BOINC, can use the power of technology to change the world.

Earlier, we also reported that Mi 11 will achieve a new breakthrough in high-end screens. This smartphone is equipped with the top screen ever made by Xiaomi and it can also be the most expensive screen industry.

Xiaomi also confirmed that Mi 11 will come with the support of computational photography. As per the previous reports, Mi 11 will come with a full-screen resolution with a punch-hole design display, Snapdragon 888 processor, Android 11 based MIUI 12, and more.

Moreover, this flagship will come with a 108MP sensor in the back of the phone along with a 13MP ultrawide camera and a 5MP macro camera. It is also listed with 12GB of RAM which should be the uppermost version in terms of memory configuration.
