[Exclusive] Xiaomi Mi Mix 4 stunning concept render shows massive 192MP camera, UDC and rear mini display
In the past, Xiaomi has launched a number of new technologies and the Chinese tech giant keeps looking for new inventions in the field with its latest ideas and secures them using the patents.
Xiaomi is expected to launch its new smartphone Xiaomi Mi Mix 4 in the near future. However, we’ve encountered several leaks and rumors that gave us an idea of the specifications and design of the upcoming Xiaomi Mi Mix 4 with UDC tech.
Recently, the company has published a patent with Chinese authority and revealed such an interesting smartphone design that comes with two displays and a big quad camera setup.
Let’s explore these renders
By observing this patent, the concept creator – HoiINDI has brought us some redesigned renderings of the phone model and allows us to see it in a better way.
According to the rendering, the Xiaomi phone has a full display with a flat edge screen, as well as under-display camera technology. Of course, there is nothing surprising as the original Mi Mix 4 started the bezel-less design. Even more interesting is the lack of a front camera cutout of any kind.

As what’s known so far, Xiaomi’s current off-screen front camera technology is relatively developed. And, the self-developed pixel arrangement has greatly improved the display effect of the camera area.
Adding to this, through the optimization of the camera algorithm, the phone has brought the same conventional front camera. Also, self-portrait performance and the screen window effect of the proactive part have been reduced.
The rear side has a big camera setup with a quad-camera system as well as an LED flash. Besides the camera system, the phone has a secondary display that used to shows important information such as notifications, messages, always-on display, call details, and more.
Aside from these details, we can suspect that the device may come with a specially customized high-screen resolution which will offer better display results compared to Full HD+ screen resolution.
Currently, there’s no information about the production of this device but we’ll keep you posted if anything related to this matter. These concepts are the result of the creativity and imagination of the Xiaomi fan based on the latest leak, not something to be fully believed as official confirmation awaits.
