This news is coming from China, which suggests that Xiaomi will unveil its most anticipated handset with an inward folding display at its upcoming 2021 Mega Product Launch Event on March 29, 2021.

As every Xiaomi fan knows that it will launch two new Mi 11 flagships – Mi 11 Pro and Mi 11 Ultra, Mi Notebook Pro laptop, and some more gadgets at the event.
Meanwhile, if the information becomes true, we will see the latest foldable smartphone from another brand after Samsung and Huawei.
However, Xiaomi has already reportedly certified its foldable phone from China’s 3C that is itself evidence of its existence and preparation to hit the markets officially.
Therefore, the company is promoting its event as a Mega Launch event, so we can surely expect that it may also introduce a surprising device that could belong to its experimental Mi Mix series.
Following the recent trend, Xiaomi foldable is likely to equip a 7″ 120 Hz display along with Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 2 like a hinge that helps to be folded inward method. Under the hood, it may have the latest Snapdragon 888 chip with Android 11 out of the box.
