A few months ago, we saw OnePlus officially unveiled the OnePlus 8 and 8 Pro smartphones, the company continued this series with the launch of the OnePlus 8T. These devices sport the newest internals and run the latest Android 11 based OxygenOS 11.
You may have known that OnePlus always provides the best display in its devices and of course, these devices were also working well till some OnePlus 8 series users have started reporting a Yellow tint issue while using the Chrome browser or streaming videos.
Users have tried everything such as changing the display color settings of their devices but the problem remains unfixed. After the users didn’t found any solution to this issue they started reporting more on the OnePlus community forum.

As per the user’s report, if you look closely at the screen while playing videos, it becomes yellow and then suddenly white, it keeps on happening in different videos. Another user reported that sometimes the issue continues while using the Twitter application, as soon as the app closed the screen turns to normal.
These smartphones – OnePlus 8, 8 Pro, and 8T are the company’s best flagship devices and it won’t be worth it if their owners are facing these kinds of issues. For now, the company is aware of this issue and has provided a fix for this in reply to the complaints.

- Then search for ‘dynamic-color-gamut’
- After searching the above, disable the option and restart google chrome
