After the standard Pixel 8 device, users are struggling with the Google Pixel Watch 2 while getting through the setup process. Even though the procedure is quite similar to the previous model, the newly launched device has started taking hours to frame up.
To begin with, boot your watch after ideally charging it. Thereafter, visit the Pixel Watch app on your phone and link your accounts and app installed. The entire process is likely to take 10-20 minutes for the complete setup.
However, that’s not the case with early buyers of Google Pixel Watch 2 and they are constantly seeing problems with the setup process. As per the shared inputs, both the smartwatch and phone are stuck on a ‘connecting’ screen for a long time, which undoubtedly makes users irritated.
Hey @madebygoogle… All I want is to set this damn #PixelWatch2 up and go to bed. 10 mins later and still on the same screens, even after restarting the process. pic.twitter.com/YAH6ml8dkG

Although a positive point is that Google is aware of this problem and has started its investigation into this matter. Perhaps, we can expect a fix to this difficulty in the upcoming days. By that time, you can try out complete charging and resetting of the wearable for a temporary solution.
