Google is working on a new change that will solve the long-annoying Pixel Watch issue for consumers. Yes, in the latest development, the company is readying a useful function that will let the Google Pixel Watch sync with your phone’s Bedtime and Do Not Disturb modes.
No doubt, the Pixel Watch has gained some eye-catching traits that can easily bind anyone’s attention to it. However, the lack of syncing some important modes with the smartphone has disappointed fans a lot. But it looks like, the US tech giant will soon eliminate this difficulty from the wearable.
According to the information, Google is hammering its hands over a new function that will enable you to sync the Pixel Watch with your phone’s Do Not Disturb and Bedtime capabilities. In other words, you won’t need to turn on or off these modes separately on each device.
This can be understood with an example. Suppose you enabled the Do Not Disturb feature on your watch, it will automatically turn it on, on your smartphone. Likewise, the schedule you set on your phone in Bedtime mode will also apply to your watch.
Consequently, things are already visible on the latest Pixel Watch companion app update which reveals code for “Sync Do Not Disturb and Bedtime modes across your watch and phone”. Google mentions that this change will ‘help limit interruptions’ and ‘unify your devices to simplify your day’.

Notably, the feature will be an optional point that will reside in the new ‘Do Not Disturb & Bedtime’ section of the Pixel Watch app. Till now, the company has not uttered any word on when this tweak will be official. Though we could find it with a big quarterly update in September this year.
