It seems that the Chinese tech maker is planning to expand its wearable lineup with the launch of new smartwatches and smart bands. As in the recent development, an unknown Xiaomi Smart Band has appeared on the EEC database with model number M2302B1.
FYI, the upcoming Xiaomi smart band has already received various certifications including TDRA and IMDA and now it has been spotted on the EEC website. Other than the model number, the European Economic Community certification didn’t reveal any other details or specs of the upcoming device.
Simultaneously, it’s also difficult to confirm the brand name of this upcoming wearable as the certification does not even disclose the brand’s name. Thus, the new smart band could be launched under Redmi branding or under Xiaomi branding. But if we have to make a guess, this could be the Xiaomi Watch 2 Pro or the Redmi Smart Band Pro.
