Kawasaki has launched the 2022 Kawasaki Versys 1000 in India and it is priced at Rs. 11.55 lakhs (ex-showroom).
The new Kawasaki Versys 1000 comes in a candy lime green type 3 shade color scheme. It is available for bookings all around the country and the deliveries will start from mid-November 2021.
The 2022 Kawasaki Versys 1000 comes with features such as Twin LED headlamps, a Semi Digital LCD screen, an Adjustable windscreen, Radial-Mount front brake calipers, KIBS (Kawasaki Intelligent anti-lock Brake System), KCMF (Kawasaki Cornering Management Function), KTRC (Kawasaki Traction Control), Electronic throttle valves, and Electronic Cruise control.
It is powered by a 1,043cc, Liquid-cooled, 4-stroke In-Line Four engine that produces 120 PS of maximum power at 9,000 rpm and 102 Nm of maximum torque at 7,500 rpm. It is paired with a 6-speed gearbox and also comes with Assist & slipper clutch.
It is based on a Twin-tube, Aluminum frame, it is equipped with 43mm inverted forks in front and a Horizontal back-link, gas-charged, Mono-shock in the rear.
The braking is done by dual semi-floating 310 mm petal discs in front and a single 250 mm petal disc in the rear.
