Acer officially launched two thin and light business notebooks in the TravelMate P6 series yesterday, including the standard version and the TravelMate Spin P6 with a reversible screen. Both products are equipped with Intel’s 11th-generation Core vPro i7 processor, with a 14-inch 16:10 IPS screen, covering 100% sRGB color gamut, and up to 20 hours of battery life for business purposes.
The notebook can be equipped with a maximum of 32GB of memory, a 1TB PCIe 3.0×4 solid-state drive, and has MIL-STD 810H military certification, which is waterproof and anti-drop.
The Acer TravelMate P6 notebook screen resolution is 1920×1200, providing a larger display range. The viewing angle of this display is 170°, but the Acer PrivacyPanel technology can be used to limit the viewing angle to less than 90° to prevent peeping. The touchpad of this notebook is covered with Corning Gorilla Glass, which supports more precise gesture control.

The notebook is equipped with a full-size backlit keyboard, dual speaker system, and dual microphone array to ensure good sound quality during voice and video conferences. The notebook has a built-in audio amplifier, compatible with DTS Audio sound effects, and can provide a zero-distortion, super bass experience.
Acer TravelMate Spin P6 has a reversible screen, the surface is covered with Corning Gorilla Glass, and it comes with an Acer Active Stylus stylus. The notebook supports Windows Ink technology, making it easy to take notes and draw at any time.
Both notebooks are equipped with Windows 10 Professional operating system as standard, with a built-in fingerprint reader, IR lens, and support for Windows Hello quick login. The notebook has built-in Acer User Sensing technology, which can use the camera to track the movement of the human body and automatically wake up or enter sleep mode according to the action.
In terms of privacy and security, the TravelMate P6 series has a front-facing camera with a physical privacy lens, a computer built-in TPM 2.0 chip, and Intel vPro platform active management technology to further strengthen security certification and protect company information.
Acer Travel Mate P6 has built-in Wi-Fi 6 wireless network card, users can choose an eSim/USim5G network card that supports a 5G network, which is convenient for mobile office needs. The notebook has two full-featured USB Type-C ports, supports Thunderbolt 4, and has a built-in MicroSD card reader and optional NFC function.
The Acer Travel Mate P6 notebook weighs 1.1kg and will be sold in China in August 2021, priced at 6,999 yuan. The TravelMate Spin P6, a flip-screen notebook, weighs 1.0kg and will also be on sale in China in August this year, starting at 7499 yuan.
