Samsung is rolling out the latest One UI 3.1 update for its eligible Galaxy devices. The update is released for one or the other smartphone every day and now it is expanding to M-series phones. The Galaxy M51 becomes the first-ever device in the M lineup to get these latest changes.
This latest version of One UI carries some minor improvements with added features over the One UI 3.0. It is worth mentioning that the Galaxy Tab S7 duo is the first Galaxy device that has received the One UI 3.1 via OTA.
Identified with the software version M515FXXU2CUB7, this latest update is currently rolling out for the Galaxy M51 owners in Russia and will soon be available in other regions as well. Users can check for the update manually through Settings > Software updates > then Download and install.
Launched back in the second half of 2020, the Galaxy M51 is now getting its first major upgrade from switching from Android 10 to Android 11 OS. Like the Galaxy Tab S6 Lite, this smartphone is also getting a direct update from One UI version 2.5 to 3.1, skipping One UI 3.0.
