Apple iPad and MacBook with OLED displays could arrive in 2022
Apple started providing the display in various ranges such as flat panel display, thunderbolt display, LED cinema display, portable display, and more. Till now the company has jumped a long way from the first-gen to the fourth generation displays. And now the US tech giant is reportedly working to fit OLEDs in upcoming tablets and PCs.
According to the latest info, the rumors are speculated all around that Apple is going to use OLEDs (Organic Light-Emitting Diode) in its next Macs and iPads of 2022. We know that Apple has sold a variety of LDC and CRT computer displays in the past.
Apple paused the production of its standalone display in 2016 and partnered with LG, which is a global leader in manufacturing world-class displays. At present Apple devices such as Macs and iPads still uses LCD display, but since last year, the company is planning to release its new iPad and MacBook series of devices with OLED display in 2022.
