Apple iPhone 13 Mini may still come despite poor response of iPhone 12 mini

Apple launched the iPhone 12 series back in October 2020 and along with that the company has also released a more affordable version called the iPhone 12 Mini. This model comes with all the latest features that are available on the iPhone 12 such as 5G connectivity, premium look, OLED display, A14 Bionic chip, and many others.

The only difference between the mini and the iPhone 12 base model is of display size. Apple has planned this iPhone more compact with 5.4-inch size. It was launched to focus on the lower end market and it seems that it has not proven that good in terms of sales. And the US tech giant is also preparing to call off the production and shift it towards the iPhone 12 which has a significant amount of sales.

While the company is looking to discontinue the mini iPhone there is a new leak coming that the Cupertino giant might also launch the iPhone 13 Mini with its upcoming iPhone 13 series. But the question arises why Apple is preparing for the Mini iPhone despite the poor sales of the iPhone 12 Mini.

It could be that the next generation Mini iPhone will come with some new upgrades in order to improve the mistakes it did this time. So, we can expect that it will have a bigger display size compared and will also come in decent pricing to capture enough market share.

Besides the iPhone 13 Mini, Apple is also preparing for the next generation iPhone SE that will be launched soon with some upgrades over the previous one. It could be named as iPhone SE Plus, however, the other details regarding the design have now yet known but there is more to come in this future, till then stay tuned.
