Apple iPhone 15 users will not require third-party apps to check battery cycle count

Apple iPhone 15 series users can check the battery cycle count without requiring any third-party applications. This is another significant feature that the manufacturer has implemented to the newly launched handsets, regarding the battery aspect.

To those who are unaware, Apple iPhones do support battery cycle count capability. But performing the respective action demands a third-party application or a few other complicated methods such as copy-paste data into the Notes app and then searching for ‘last_value_CycleCount’.

However, some users on X (Twitter) recently noticed that the Apple iPhone 15 series can now display the battery cycle count, production date, and initial usage time without using any other external method. Just navigate through the Settings app > General > About section.
